The Slytherin house is one of the four houses of Fogwarts. The namesake was given by one of the founders of the school, Salazar Slytherin. The house traits are cunning, resourcefulness, ambition-oriented, traditionalism and power. The house ghost is the Bloody Baron. The Slytherin common room is located at the dungeons below the Black Lake. The house colors are green and silver. The house mascot is the serpent.
